So then I downloaded the latest nvidia drivers today, then got dism to inject them then I receive errors for all the. Great!īut, the graphics card isn't getting installed, which previously injected all the drivers all success. as they get injected into the windir/inf directory, etc. Then apply the image to the computer, then get ghost to take the image of the computer, and then do sysprep via ghost.īut by this, drivers are available in the image by default.
Then use dism to mount wim image and add drivers to the image.

Install everything that's required, run sysprep /generalize /oobeīoot winpe, and imagex to create the WIM image. I can't rely ghost on doing the drivers anymore with Windows 7. I googled this problem and every forum/site I visited does not have any concrete answers on how to solve this problem. Does that mean anything? Because I have this configuration a long time and haven't had any problems until now. They don't have the same resolution settings. I have a dual monitor setup but the other monitor I have is an old CRT type, and my primary monitor is an LCD monitor. I tried updating to the latest driver and the problem is still there, then I also revert back to the old driver that my graphics card came with, but the problem is still there. When I checked at the Event Viewer it says in the description "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered", but the problem keeps on occurring randomly. When it stops, it says that "Windows Kernel Mode Driver Crash". The screen flickers and the display becomes dotted much like a low quality GIF image.
My Nvidia 9400GT card is having a problem this past few days.
